This is the most stringent type of medical device managed by the country, because its main purpose is to assist in the recovery of the human body by implanting it in the human body, or to maintain the life of the patient. Because these medical devices are potentially dangerous to the human body, the state has very strict regulations on the approval of medical device manufacturers.

Medical device manufacturers have different registration requirements based on the classification of the products they produce. The registration of a type of medical device is the simplest, as long as it is filed with the local drug administration and it is shown that it has two or more medical departments. Professional graduated staff can do it. However, the second-class and third-class medical devices have stricter requirements, because the matters are cumbersome, here is not an example.
